Position Summary
Detailoriented Production Technician with strong handson experiencein manufacturing operations, equipment setup, troubleshooting, andquality control. Skilled in monitoring production processes, performingroutine maintenance, and ensuring smooth workflow to meet dailyoutput targets. Adept at following safety standards, interpreting technidocumentation, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams toimprove efficiency.
Duties
Understand, perform and record task performed in accordance wQuality Management Documents and Customer Documents
Handle customer products from receipt to delivery. Includesreceiving, inspections, preparation for sterilization, sterilization,testing, aeration, and loading into a container or truck.
Monitor raw materials and service required
Suggest ideas for continual improvement
Any other task as assigned by Production Supervisor and orProduction Manager

Vocational/Technical
Required Experience
Minimum NITEC level and above
Relevant working experience in manufacturing or service sector
No color blind
Forklift driving license
Able to perform simple calculation
Attention to details

Able to read and understand simple English
Able to work in a 12-hour rotating shift
Able to work on weekends

This position requires knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties involved, including regular communications outside the province of Quebec, training, email communications, and frequent meetings and interactions with English- only employees.
