Production Technician

Qualification :
. Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics/Communication Engineering or other equivalent qualifications

. Minimum 2 years of experience as production/ repair in a semiconductor company

. Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team

. Good diagnostics and problem-solving skills

. Able to travel locally and abroad

MS office package (Word,Excel and Power Point)

Job Description :

. Responsible to create test programs for electronic boards, debugging issues that arise during testing, performing tests, and repairing any faulty boards.

. To create Bills of Materials (BOM) and generate code within the SAP system.

. Managing and organizing documents related to electronic board testing, including test reports, specifications, and procedures.

. Providing technical assistance and guidance to suppliers regarding electronic components, testing procedures, and quality standards to ensure that suppliers meet the required specifications and standards.

. Regular maintenance and calibration of testing equipment and instruments used in electronic board testing to ensure accuracy and reliability in test results.

. Developing procedures and work instructions for various tasks related to electronic board testing and repair, ensuring standardization and efficiency.

. Identifying and analyzing failures in electronic boards, as well as troubleshooting issues to determine root causes and implement solutions.

. Generate and implement all necessary corrective actions and continuous improvement.

. Generate production reports to superior or management on a weekly basis or as per request.

. Responsible for all assigned tools, test equipment, test jigs, and any other assets provided.

. Available for weekend standby depending on the requirements.

. Travel overseas as and when required.

. Perform any job assigned from time to time by the Management.
