Job Summary:
- Basic Salary Range: $1,500 - $2,500 (depending on education and experience)

- Rotating Shifts: 0700-1530 / 1500-2330 / 2300-0730

Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out coating preparation processes to clean and prepare lenses, prisms, and corner cubes for coating.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and accuracy during all preparation steps.
- Follow Work Instructions (WI) from SAP to identify lens sides and processing requirements.
- Report abnormalities or quality issues promptly to lead or supervisor.
- Provide guidance and support to new operators when required.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production timelines.
- Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness in compliance with company regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a factory/production environment.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and carry out detailed production tasks.
- Able to lift up to 10kg and sit/stand for long periods as part of daily job requirements.
- Steady hands with good close-range vision for precision work.
- Comfortable working in a factory setting with minimal chemical exposure.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
