Production Equipment Technician
4-Day Work Week | Rotating / Fixed Shifts | Gross up to $3,000 (before OT)
We're looking for a Production Equipment Technician to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly. This role is hands-on and critical, you'll be at the heart of maintaining and operating advanced equipment to ensure quality output, efficiency, and safety.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment to support manufacturing and assembly
- Calibrate and adjust machinery using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain production documents (SOPs, batch records, reports)
- Set up and verify safety equipment to ensure compliance and smooth operations
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled automated equipment and mechanical components
- Uphold health, safety, and quality standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- Professional Certificate / NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing PLC-controlled equipment
- Skilled in equipment installation, precision adjustments, and fine-tuning
- Strong mechanical repair and replacement skills
- At least 1 year of relevant industry experience preferred
