Responsibilities

• Operates machine
• Assemble, test, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated equipment.
• Follow protocols to ensure quality control and optimal equipment performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to diagnose issues and improve systems.
• Document testing procedures and results.
• Ensure workplace safety and maintain an organized environment.
• Conduct wafer and die testing, as well as die sorting, per schedule.
• Uphold 6S standards within the Fab environment.

Requirements:

• Must at least completed vocational training in technical field,ITE, NITEC in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Experience:relevant experience insemiconductor wafer fab is required.
• Willing to work under cleanroom environment & office work environment.
• Proficient in reading Mandarin machine settings to ensure accurate operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
• Hands-on, team player and eagerness to learn.
• Open to Singaporeans only.
