Responsibilities

• Lead & Oversee: Manage a team of Production Technicians for smooth, safe operations.
• Support Process Engineering: Assist in optimizing operations and driving cost-efficiency.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve: Quickly address plant and equipment issues with effective solutions.
• Maintain Equipment Integrity: Ensure plant equipment is reliable and performs optimally.
• Optimize Operations: Ensure consistent product quality and stable performance during shifts.
• Train & Develop: Mentor team members to grow their skills and enhance performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Qualifications: Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Working Shift: Willing to perform 12 hours shift
• Technical Skills: Knowledge in process control, troubleshooting, plant equipment, and instrumentation.
• Key Traits: Strong leadership, analytical skills, initiative, drive, and the ability to handle pressure
