Job Description
- Plan / issue PR for raw material / packaging material. Plan production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization. Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required.
- Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory. Update into SAP (new item code, GRN, GR, bill of materials, etc.). Monthly stock take.
- Establish and achieve KPI pertaining to production operations. Establish and upkeep the procedures on all activities pertaining to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SS506 and any other legal /customer's requirements (for production /raw material and packaging related)..
- Arrange for ISO-tanker regulatory periodic inspection (BV, pressure test, hydro test, etc.). Arrange for trailer regulatory periodic inspection (LTA inspection - LOTO of chassis arrangement, Astrata inspection (flammable tanker), insurance, etc.).
- Consolidation of all license, permit and other legal documents. Management of waste collection (ordinate with supply chain / EHS for local - GF, AUO, RF360, HP and oversea - Osram, Truly waste collection).
- Liaison with sales, purchasing, sourcing, manufacturing, QC and supply chain to ensure goods are delivered on time.
