Working Hours: Regular Office Hours

Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate production loading to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
Work with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and production readiness.
Perform capacity analysis and optimize loading plans to maximize manufacturing output.
Support production scheduling, engineering builds, and operational improvements.
Participate in SAP S/4HANA User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process validation, and system migration activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, automation, and digital solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines).
Experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain planning, or industrial engineering is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments is preferred.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, UAT, automation, AI tools, or digital transformation projects will be an added advantage.
