1. Ability to carry 15- 20 kgs of batteries at every 1 minute interval

2. Not colour blind

3. Must be prepared to work 730 to 730 shift (monthly rotation shift)

for a 4 days work week

4. Ability to speak simple conversational English

5. At least to have secondary education

6. $4.00 per work day for transport allowance
