Senior Production Executive

Our production leaders drive the standards for quality and productivity to which our production teams strive to operate they are the eyes, ears and hands that ensure our production processes, environment and final product achieve the high standards which Bidfood sets for itself.

Our Senior Production Executive has responsibility for specific production activities and champions efficient activity flow, highest quality standards and excellent final product outcome.

Responsibilities

1) Work with the Head of Processing for the below:

a. Liaising with sales personnel on the product costing calculations

b. Attend to sales inquiries or new product development

c. New BT/PC code creation and cross-check before submission

2) Monitor day-to-day operation in specified processing areas to ensure the operation is smooth and meets the production schedule

3) Ensure and maintain the raw materials, in-process products, and final product quality standards are in accordance standard specification

4) Review production documents daily (PC Job order, BOM posting, Raw Material Used Batch record, Finished Product Batch Records, Incoming/Outgoing /temperature check sheets, etc

5) Liaise and work closely with QA department for all Quality Assurance matters

6) Attend to customer visits and audits

7) Attend to customer's complaints and come up with preventive/corrective actions

8) Maintain proper documents control to ensure good traceability, good inventory control, and in compliance with Halal, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001 certification requirements.

9) Maintain & ensure full compliance to operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures and FSSC 22000 Standards

10) Respond to internal/external audits and customer visits to ensure all the areas are ready

11) Contribute ideas/solutions for continuous improvement (Hygiene standards, work procedures, costing reviews, etc)

12) Monitoring the balance stock count when receiving BT/PC order raw materials which has left of balance

13) Work with the Head of Processing, Production Supervisor to contribute ideas and solutions for continuous improvement across all operations, including hygiene standards work procedure and efficiency, cost reduction, staff welfare and others.

Requirements

2) Work Location at Pandan Loop. Official contractual workweek remains 44 hours per week on 5.5 days workweek but initial start will be 5 days workweek. Should operational needs change due to increased business activities and necessitates a 5.5 days workweek, successful applicant must be willing to undertake their official contractual workweek.
