Production Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Check completed harness assemblies for correct wiring and assembly

2. Ensure the correct wire colours, lengths, labels and connectors are used.

3. Perform visual quality inspection for production

4. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

5. Report defects, quality, or work efficiency issues to the production leader.

6. Inform maintenance of machine issues.

7. Support production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Proven hands-on experience in cable harness in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

2. Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.

3. Skilled in soldering and crimping techniques is a plus.

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

6. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
