Production Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand wire colours, lengths and connectors

2. Strip insulation from wire ends

3. Assemble wires onto connectors by inserting pins

4. Solder wires to terminals or components when required

5. Perform continuity tests using tester

6. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

7. Report defects, quality, or work efficiency issues to the production leader.

8. Inform maintenance of machine issues.

9. Support production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Proven hands-on experience in cable harness in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

2. Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.

3. Skilled in soldering and crimping techniques is a plus.

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

6. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
