Production Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines during production runs.
• Assemble, inspect, and package finished products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Record production data and complete relevant documentation.
• Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, or work orders.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Good physical stamina ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
