Production Operator
Location: Tuas | Salary: $2,700 - $3,300/month (with allowances & OT)

What You'll Do
- Operating and monitoring cleanroom machinery with precision
- Performing visual checks to ensure product quality
- Loading and handling materials/components (up to 12kg) safely
- Keeping your workstation organized and clean
- Reporting equipment or process issues promptly
- Following strict SOPs and safety guidelines
Your Schedule
- 12-hour fixed shifts:
Day: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Night: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM - 4 days per week about 15 workdays per month
- Breaks included: 2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch
- Optional overtime available
What You'll Get
- Pay & Allowances: $2,700 - $3,300/month (with OT & shift allowance)
Shift Allowance: Up to $15/day (Day), up to $25/day (Night) - Bonuses: Guaranteed 13th-month + performance bonus (up to 2 months)
