Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Arrange and prepare raw materials and packaging materials for daily production according to schedule
Perform daily production activities such as filling, capping, labelling, scooping, and packing finished products into cartons
Conduct weight checks and quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Load and unload goods onto pallets and prepare cartons with proper labelling
Maintain cleanliness of machines, production areas, clean rooms, and corridors, including mopping floors and disposing of rubbish
Assist the Production Supervisor with documentation and ensure smooth production flow
Work as a team to achieve daily output targets and support colleagues when needed
Follow all company and departmental safety rules and regulations
Report any damages, improvement suggestions, or purchase needs to the supervisor
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management

Requirements

Minimum O Level
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
Chemistry background is an added advantage
Comfortable working in a clean room environment
Able to lift heavy items (up to 30kg)
