Production Operator | 12 hrs Shift 4334 | Woodlands | Up to $2,100 + AWS

Key Responsibilities

. Perform assigned production tasks
. Inspect and sort products to ensure quality standards are met
. Report quality issues to supervisor promptly
. Rework products when necessary
. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
. Ensure proper packaging, identification, and segregation
. Achieve daily production targets
. Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Requirements

. Minimum Secondary education
. Good eyesight for inspection work
. Able to understand simple English for workplace communication
. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (smock, hairnet, mask, shoe cover required)
. Willing to work overtime when required

Working Hours

Fixed 12-Hour Shift (3-4-4-3 Roster)

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Work Pattern:
. Work 3 days Off 4 days
. Work 4 days Off 3 days
(Repeat cycle)

Salary & Benefits

. Basic Salary: Up to $1,800
. Day Shift Allowance: $10 per working day
. Night Shift Allowance: $20 per working day
