Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise night shift production activities, ensuring output meets quality and safety standards
Manage and train production staff to optimize efficiency and maintain discipline
Oversee machinery operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance when required
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of targets
Enforce compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO, SFA requirements)
Work closely with other departments (Quality Control, Supply Chain, Engineering) to streamline operations

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of production management experience in the noodle manufacturing industry (essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills fluent in English (spoken & written)
Willingness to work night shifts as the primary schedule
Hands-on experience with food production processes and safety standards
Ability to handle pressure and resolve operational issues quickly
