Career Opportunity for a Production MANAGER

Responsibilities:

The Production Manager will take the lead in ensuring production, including the development of procedures and knowledge transfer to the operations team

. Report to the Plant Manager, fully responsible for the customized products, varieties and operations of the

customized manufacturing process.

. Responsible for the annual production department budget planning and ownership - planning, formulating and implementing process strategies, roadmaps, equipment CAPEX, headcount and updating iteration plans

. Responsible for data analysis and promote data exchange between the entire supply chain including quality and

safety.

. Responsible for coordination and communication with the sales and engineering team on the process from

design, development to launch, and promote the achievement of product goals

. Cooperate with the logistics department to ensure that all deliveries are met promptly according to

commitments to customers.

. Work closely with the Sales and engineering team, involve in business planning strategies

. Driver of continuous improvements initiativies

. Other tasks within the scope of responsibility

Requirements:

. Degree or a good Diploma in an engineering discipline, or equivalent

. More than 8 years of experience in Operation and management

. Understand industrial trends, rules, and business logic and I4.0

. Have a keen sense of commitment

. Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, critical thinking

. Strong business acumen, be customer focused, team and results-oriented

- Experience with ISO 9001/ IATF 16949/ ISO 13485 and QA system added advantage

Located in the Tuas Area - Gul Lane

5 days work week
