Production Executive

Brief Summary

Responsibilities

1. Lead the stamping team and toolmakers to meet production objectives.
2. Monitor safety, quality, and quantity of processes on a daily basis.
3. Update process work instructions as required.
4. Collaborate with planners and internal teams to adhere to delivery schedules.
5. Participate in Quality Control Circles (QCC), Kaizen initiatives, and maintain 5S housekeeping.
6. Undertake additional projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Precision Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or stamping environment.
3. Experience in manufacturing line operations, including process troubleshooting and planning.
