Production Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a Production Executive to join our team. This role is a senior-level position with greater responsibilities than the current Production Executive role, requiring strong leadership, independence and the ability to drive operational improvements. This role will report to the Full Production Manager directly.

Key Requirements

- Strong Production Experience: Candidates should have a solid background in food production, production planning and experience in managing day-to-day production operations.

- Food Safety Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in food safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements will be an added advantage. Food safety is our top priority.

- Independent and Decisive: Able to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, make sound decisions and act promptly when issues arise.

- Strong Leadership and Team Management: Able to lead and manage a diverse team comprising employees from different countries and backgrounds.

- Firm and Resilient: Able to handle challenges, manage difficult situations and remain firm and professional when making decisions.

- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Able to think independently, identify root causes and proactively propose practical and effective solutions.

- Change Management: Willing and able to participate actively in change management initiatives and support the team through operational changes.

- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Open-minded and proactive in identifying and proposing new ideas to improve production efficiency, productivity, processes and overall operations while ensuring compliance with food safety requirements.

The successful candidate must be able to balance production efficiency with strict adherence to food safety standards, ensuring that food safety remains the top priority in all production decisions and processes.
