Production Executive

Basic information:

• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job scope:

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to balance manufacturing capacity with demand.
• Review changes in customer requirements and revise production schedules to support delivery commitments.

• Assist in production planning activities and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately within the ERP system.
• Monitor material availability and work closely with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and components.
• Raise purchase requisitions according to production requirements and planned inventory levels.
• Track supplier lead times and follow up on material deliveries to prevent production delays.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock while minimizing excess inventory.
• Review inventory performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to inventory control practices.
• Manage safety stock and reorder parameters to maintain supply continuity.
• Work closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth coordination of material flow.
• Analyze planning and inventory data, monitor key operational KPIs, and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Leadership & Team Management

Lead and supervise production teams while promoting teamwork and accountability.

Ensure compliance with company policies and address performance or operational issues professionally and constructively.
