Production Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

. Lead mechanical concept development, design, and preparation of technical drawings.

. Collaborate closely with sales teams to define specifications, support design, prototyping, and fabrication.

. Liaise with suppliers and fabricators to deliver required solutions on time and within scope.

. Plan and coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to execute job orders effectively.

. Oversee production plan execution, troubleshooting issues promptly to avoid delays

. Analyze order backlogs and forecasts to optimize production schedules and priorities.

. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

. Proficient in using office software, such as Excel spreadsheets

.Proficiency in manual and CNC machining.Knowledge of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, and tool maintenance.

. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and instrumentation.

. Familiarity with fabrication methods (e.g. CNC machining, 3D printing) and materials

. Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive, with strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.
