Production Assistant
Job Summary
Successful applicant will support production operations by assisting in daily manufacturing tasks, ensuring food safety, maintaining production efficiency, and helping uphold quality standards in line with GMP and HACCP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, operating, and cleaning production equipment (e.g., mixing machines, filling lines, packaging).
- Monitor product flows and support quality checks to ensure finished goods meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate production logs and assist with batch tracking.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following GMP/HACCP protocols.
- Support inventory tracking of raw materials and packaging.
- Aid in routine maintenance checks and report equipment issues promptly.
- Collaborate with quality, food safety, and production teams to uphold a safe, hygienic work environment.
- Help implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency, under supervision.
- Perform related duties as assigned by production superior.
Qualifications & Skills
- Nitec, Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification (Food Science/Technology background is a plus but not required).
- Prior experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing environments is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (training will be provided).
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work in a production environment.
- Responsible, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks when required.
- Other related work duties assigned by superior.
