Job Summary
Join our food production factory as a Kitchen Assistant, responsible for preparing, cutting, and packing fruits while maintaining hygiene and following food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and prepare fruits to meet company quality standards
- Cut fruits accurately according to company specifications
- Pack fruits into cups and containers for distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and production areas consistently
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times to ensure product safety
- Assist with additional kitchen production tasks as needed to support smooth operations
- Stand for extended periods during shifts to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen working experience, preferably with the same company
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen production environment
- Punctuality, responsibility, and willingness to learn
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Positive working attitude and good teamwork skills
Other Information
Working Hours
- 5 days per week: 8.15am to 6pm, including 1-hour lunch break
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times the basic hourly rate
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: $2400 per month
- Bonus eligibility
- 2-year contract period
- Annual leave as per MOM regulations
