This role involves contributing to the company's growth by supporting hairdressing and beauty service operations while meeting individual sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to overall company revenue growth
• Promote hairdressing, hair treatment, and beauty services to customers to increase service uptake
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients to build lasting relationships and enhance customer loyalty
• Support daily service operations to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
• Monitor personal sales performance and adjust sales strategies to meet or exceed targets

Salary

• Base salary: $2,000
• Commission: 10% on individual sales

Working Hours

• 9: 00 AM - 8:00 PM (4 days off per month)
