USM Product Specialist/Retail Sales Executive (FT - IMMED HIRE)

Key Responsibilities
- Administer the sales process including customer service, product demos, present proposals and closing of sales and follow up for a specific brand.
- Assist in technical product research and involved in the review process with the design team.
- In-charge of day-to-day operations and activities which includes administering everything related to said brand e.g. sales, procurement, aftersales and arranging for delivery.
- Conducting market research, analysing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and future development.
- Overseeing sales forecasting, planning and executing promotional events and overseeing social media marketing.
- Liaise with other staff involved in the sales of the product USM across related channels.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company.
- Shift Timings: 9:30PM- 6:30PM, and 12:30PM- 9:30PM
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Product knowledge and the ability to present technical information in a clear and cohesive manner.
- Prior experience in B2C sales.
