Job Summary

is to reinvent the arcade industry by creating an arcade experience ecosystem that

consists of physical arcade games, location-based VR experiences, and other exciting

As a Product Specialist at LAI Games, you will serve as the subject matter expert for arcade

games, ensuring that product features and documentation align with operator needs

and field realities. You contribute to the development and delivery of our arcade and VR

products by assisting in product planning, testing, documentation, and go-to-market

efforts. You will also support the creation of high-quality user-facing documentation that

enhances operator understanding and product usability.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the product subject matter expert (SME) for arcade games, with a strong understanding of arcade operators needs and field conditions.

Support game testing by monitoring in-game performance, collecting structured feedback through surveys, and observing real-world gameplay to validate development iterations; additionally, provide feedback and validation on the assembly process and assist with troubleshooting during game testing.

Curate and populate operator-facing documentation such as manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure accuracy and completeness, using relevant tools and platforms to manage and publish content.

Collaborate closely with creative, engineering, supply chain teams, and OEM partners and lead assigned projects through the entire project lifecycle while ensuring that they meet requirements and quality standards. Track progress using tools like Jira and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Lead product-specific improvements and features through the creation of physical mock-ups to evaluate form, function, and usability

. Incorporate feedback loops and iteration cycles to refine features based on field performance and user experience.

Required Skills and Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience

Strong communication skills written, visual, and verbal.

Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Keen interest in arcade games, gaming culture, or interactive hardware products.

Ability to break down technical information into simple, easy-to-understand formats.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

Familiarity with documentation tools, diagrams, or other visual content creation tools is a plus. (Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator etc.)

Experience with physical prototyping, creating mock-ups, and user testing is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

Experience working with arcades in Singapore an advantage

Qualifications/Education

Diploma and above.
