About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Product Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This role goes beyond sales - it requires someone who can build trust with specialists, engage in meaningful scientific discussions, and support the adoption of therapies that improve quality of life.
You will be part of a small but dynamic team, working closely with medical and clinical colleagues to ensure that patients gain access to treatments that matter.
What You Will Do
- Build strong relationships with specialists, general practitioners, and healthcare providers across both private and public sectors.
- Drive demand generation, access, and sales growth for a portfolio of therapies addressing important healthcare needs.
- Present clinical data and product information effectively through one-to-one detailing, small group discussions, and presentations.
- Partner with clinical educators to coordinate training sessions and provide value-added support to customers.
- Develop and execute territory business plans, including segmentation, targeting, and campaign activities.
- Respond to customer enquiries and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Regularly review sales performance and territory opportunities with your manager.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and integrity in all interactions.
What You Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally with exposure to specialists in Singapore
- Experience across complex therapeutic areas will be advantageous (as an example, such areas could include and not limited to oncology, cardiovascular, immunotherapy, infectious diseases, hormone therapy, vaccines, obstetrics & gynaecology etc).
- Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills, with the ability to deliver compelling, structured discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability in customer and territory business planning.
- Mature, positive, and resilient personality with strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently within a small team while being collaborative and supportive.
- Singapore Citizen / SPR.
- Valid Class 3 driving license.
