Key Responsibilities
Safety Incident Management
. Act as the main point of contact for critical vehicle safety incidents
. Assess and triage cases, and activate appropriate response protocols
. Implement immediate containment measures to mitigate risks
Technical Analysis &Investigation
. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues
. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to diagnose faults
. Document findings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
Process & Quality Management
. Develop and improve aftersales SOPs and safety processes
. Support business continuity planning for safety-related events
. Monitor repair quality and provide insights to improve service standards
Data Analysis & Reporting
. Track key KPIs (e.g. First Time Fix Rate, Repair Time, Repeat Repairs)
. Identify trends using warranty and vehicle data
. Prepare reports and insights for management
Requirements
. Degree in Engineering or related field
. Experience in automotive, engineering, or product safety/quality roles
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
