Job Description
Role: Digital Product Owner
Location: Singapore
Experience: 7+ Years
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, Digital, Engineering or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in a Digital Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Management or digital delivery role.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing product backlogs.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Good understanding of digital customer journeys, web and/or mobile applications.
- Comfortable working closely with technology teams and discussing APIs, system integrations, data flows and technical dependencies at a functional level.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar product management platforms.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey design.
Experience with digital analytics and using data to support product decisions.
Familiarity with APIs, system integrations and digital architecture concepts.
Experience supporting UAT, production releases and post-production validation.
Experience working in banking, financial services or other regulated industries would be advantageous.
