Our solutions include POS systems, Soundbox devices, and Payment Terminals, helping SMEs in F&B and Retail streamline operations and accelerate growth.

Description on Role & Responsibilities

Product Operations

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing product operations, including but not limited to go-to-market planning, operations, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.

Product development support

  • Manage projects end-to-end from translating business requirements into product requests, and driving the implementation of the project
  • Manage the product feedback loop, gathering input from customers and internal teams to inform product roadmap adjustments and enhancements.

Stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with the strategy office, business/sales, product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and refine product requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth transitions during new product introductions or updates, providing necessary training and resources.
  • Faster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization, encouraging experimentation and sharing best practices across teams.

Others

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product launches and ongoing operations; use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Talent Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or a similar role, preferably within a payments or tech company focused on SMEs and long-tail merchants.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships with diverse groups both internally and externally.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception through execution, demonstrating an ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, showing adaptability and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken), for most effective communication with internal stakeholders.
