Job Description

Role Purpose

The GC Solution Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of go‑to‑market strategies for digital service and solution products within the Graphic Communications portfolio. The role partners with vendors and regional sales subsidiaries to drive market adoption, support commercial performance, and strengthen competitive positioning across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for assigned digital service and solution products.
  • Support product positioning, value proposition development, and regional sales enablement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and regional sales subsidiaries.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
  • Ensure alignment with and implementation of approved pricing policies and commercial frameworks.
  • Support regional marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and partner events, through product expertise and marketing collateral support.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across sales, service, and product functions to support regional initiatives.
  • Perform ad‑hoc administrative, reporting, and coordination tasks as required.

This position requires travel within ASEAN, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, China,Korea, and Oceania, subject to business needs.

Requirements & Experience

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, with minimum 3 years of B2B product marketing experience in technology, software, or digital services.
  • Prior experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical marketing in the digital printing or graphic communications industry is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and present insights effectively.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in a cross country, multicultural APAC environment.
  • Solid analytical, problem solving, and structured thinking capabilities, with understanding of software and channel based go to market models.
  • Experience with databases (e.g. SQL) and basic exposure to programming or digital technologies is an advantage.
  • Experience in the commercial printing industry, graphic arts, workflow solutions, or related domains
  • Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, on-premise software, or hybrid deployment models
  • Good understanding of printing workflows, color management, RIPs, MIS, or production automation tools
