As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy and campaign execution for company's platform and product suite. You'll sit at the intersection of product, growth, and commercial teams - translating product value into clear positioning, high-performing campaigns, and scalable messaging that drives signups and adoption.
This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll shape narratives, build acquisition campaigns, enable the commercial team, and measure performance end-to-end.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM roles (B2B SaaS / fintech / AI / workflow automation preferred).
- Proven experience driving measurable outcomes through campaigns (signups, activation, conversion, adoption).
- Strong capability in positioning, storytelling, and translating product features into differentiated value.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Design, and Sales teams.
- Strong project management skills: can run multiple launches and campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Highly analytical and performance-oriented - able to interpret data and use it to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, analytics platforms, and experimentation workflows is a plus.
