Job Purpose

In this advanced-level role, you will manage the full product lifecycle from strategy to launch while working cross-functionally to connect the technical and business worlds. You will drive innovation, stakeholder alignment, and product delivery to ensure business value outcomes.

Job Description

. Define and manage the product roadmap by prioritizing features and enhancements in partnership with business product managers and stakeholders.
. Shape user experiences by collaborating with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, user-friendly products.
. Drive technology vision and innovation by leveraging DHL Express architecture landscape, industry insights, and partner relationships.
. Oversee product lifecycle and delivery by managing releases, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance.
. Lead product launches and adoption with effective go-to-market planning and stakeholder communication.
. Monitor and optimize performance by tracking key metrics and using data-driven insights for improvements.
. Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and aligning product outcomes with organizational goals.
. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, setting expectations, and ensuring clear communication.
. Encourage a culture of co-creation and continuous improvement by promoting feedback loops, innovation, and best practices.

Stakeholders
. Development Teams - to clarify requirements, resolve obstacles, and ensure smooth execution.
. IT Leadership & Senior Management - to align with strategy, report progress, and address risks.
. Business Stakeholders - to capture needs, gather feedback, and ensure solutions meet objectives.
. Vendors & External Partners - to secure timely and quality delivery of products and services.
. Cross-functional & Regional Teams - to ensure consistency, share insights, and drive adoption.
. PMO, Compliance, Legal & QA Teams - to coordinate timelines, ensure standards, and validate quality before delivery.

Management Responsibility
. Communicate effectively by presenting product capabilities, outcomes, and future roadmaps to stakeholders.
. Lead stakeholders and teams by building strong relationships, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.
. Guide cross-functional teams with clear direction, collaboration, and effective communication.
. Manage resources, including budgets, priorities, and timelines, to ensure successful delivery.
. Foster continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, experimentation, and learning from outcomes.
. Collaborate across departments to ensure successful launches, adoption, and long-term product success.

Job Requirements

. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
. Minimum 8 years of experience with 5 years of building and managing technical products end-to-end.
. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the VP/EVP level.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
. Passion for building innovative, user-centric products curious, adaptable, and collaborative.
. Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmap creation, and investment planning.
. Strong value stream management skills - able to translate business outcomes into product capabilities and KPIs.
. Commercial acumen with the ability to link digital marketing capabilities to growth and ROI.
. Experience with analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
. Knowledge of digital marketing disciplines (SEO/SEM, content, social, email, paid media, personalization, analytics).
. Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo Engage).
. Understanding of CRM integration, marketing automation, customer data platforms, and consent management.
. Familiarity with GenAI and advanced analytics in marketing.
