We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with strong fintech background to own positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and enablement for our client new product launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging for target buyer personas (e.g., SMBs, enterprises, consumers, banks).
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market launches: strategy, timelines, assets, sales enablement, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Create high-impact collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, demos.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth to align messaging and drive adoption/revenue.
- Define and track product marketing KPIs (win rate, pipeline influence, product adoption, NPS).
- Translate complex fintech concepts (compliance, security, rails, tokenization, etc.) into compelling, simple value stories.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, neobanks, crypto, or SaaS financial services.
- Proven track record launching B2B/B2C fintech products and driving measurable revenue impact.
- Deep understanding of fintech landscape, regulations, and buyer needs in APAC/global markets.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills; ability to simplify complexity.
- Strong analytical skills comfortable with data, segmentation, and GTM metrics.
- Experience enabling sales teams (training, battlecards, objection handling).
- Collaborative mindset; thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
