Responsibilities
- Lead and scale global product marketing initiatives across priority international markets, partnering closely with regional stakeholders to execute impactful product launches with strong local relevance.
- Own the localization framework for product positioning, messaging, and campaigns, ensuring product value propositions are clearly articulated and culturally aligned across regions.
- Drive product adoption by collaborating with demand generation, lifecycle, and communications teams to deliver compelling product narratives across the full customer funnel.
- Act as the connective layer between product, regional marketing, growth, and customer insights teams to ensure aligned and efficient execution in a matrixed environment.
- Partner with regional teams to develop launch plans, sales enablement materials, and market-specific content that support market readiness.
- Synthesize competitive, customer, and market insights from international teams to inform product strategy and marketing direction.
- Uphold global narratives and positioning while empowering regional teams with the flexibility to adapt based on local market dynamics.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, including 2-3 years in a globalization, regional, or international role.
- Demonstrated success scaling product marketing programs across multiple international markets.
- Proven experience working across time zones in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology products, ideally within fintech, commerce, or platform ecosystems.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design scalable processes while crafting clear, high-impact messaging.
