Responsibilities

Product Development: Design and deliver financing products across payables, receivables, and digital trade.
Digital Innovation: Lead initiatives in digital trade, including blockchain, smart contracts, and tokenisation to modernise trade processes.
Process Modernisation: Lead the shift toward electronic documentation, API integrations, and modern payment channels to streamline trade operations. Investigate applications of distributed ledger technology in settlement, tokenisation, and supply chain financing innovation.
Commercial Execution: Manage product pipelines and support sales in achieving strategic goals.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure timely, compliant product delivery.
Governance: Represent the product team in committees and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Requirements

5+ years in financial services, fintech, or Web3.
Background in trade digitalisation and Web3 applications.
Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, and payment innovation.
Strong analytical ability, stakeholder management, and proven influence in driving outcomes.
Proactive, collaborative, and effective communicator.
