Senior Product Manager, Trade & Supply Chain Finance

You will lead strategic product initiatives with tangible business impact, collaborate closely with stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance, and deliver market-leading solutions that support the working capital and trade finance needs of corporate and SME clients. At the same time, you will gain exposure to emerging trade finance technologies, fintech partnerships and digital ecosystem opportunities that are transforming the industry.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Product Manager for Trade & Supply Chain Finance, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Bank's trade finance and supply chain finance product suite. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing product strategies, roadmaps and value propositions to drive business growth and enhance the Bank's competitive positioning
• Managing the full product lifecycle, from client needs assessment and business requirements gathering through implementation, commercialisation and continuous enhancement
• Leading the rollout of digital platforms and transformation initiatives to improve client experience, operational efficiency and product capabilities
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes and strategic initiatives
• Driving go-to-market strategies, product launches and client-centric solutions that address the working capital and trade finance needs of corporate and SME customers
• Managing product governance, risk, regulatory and approval processes to ensure alignment with the Bank's risk appetite, policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring market, regulatory, technology and competitor developments to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement
• Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Trade and Supply Chain Finance solutions for both internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements: -

• A good degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance and/or Supply Chain Finance product management within a banking environment
• Strong understanding of trade finance products, supply chain finance solutions, operating models and associated risks
• Experience leading platform implementations, digital transformation initiatives or major product enhancements
• Proven ability to translate business and client requirements into practical product, process and technology solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and execution capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
