- Drive the end-to-end product development of SPaylater products among different markets, from ideation, design, technical development, testing, and roll-out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
- Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps and areas for improvement.
- Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of the products.
- Collect data and user feedback to measure performance of product features, and to feedback into product development.
- Ensure strong collaboration and communication across teams - business development, risk team, operations, design, engineering, data scientist team and customer experience.
- A degree in computer science, technology, engineering, or related disciplines from a university with good academic credentials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in data analysis/design would be preferred
- Experience in a product management role with a strong technical background, especially in marketing, backend, or AI-related systems
- Self-driven, positive attitude, and team player striving for team success, comfortable with changes in a fast-paced environment
