Own the regional performance reports and conduct deep dive analysis on significant movements.
Support monthly communication deck production to management teams.
Work closely with functional teams to identify existing operational gaps.
Manage cross functional projects by designing and implementing frameworks such as agent / BPO management.
Drive effective AI adoption across the organization through exploration, education and implementation of ops use cases.
Develop internal support tools for the team such as training materials, microsite build etc.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Operations, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL or Python to identify root causes and drive actionable solutions.
Proven ability to manage regional or cross-functional stakeholders and deliver projects in complex, matrixed environments.
Experience in operational transformation projects is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and willing to travel
