ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive business outcomes by owning products end-to-end, from problem definition and strategy through development, launch, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with users, stakeholders, designers, and software engineers to define needs, develop product roadmaps, deliver solutions, and ensure successful releases. The role involves setting success measures, monitoring product performance, driving user adoption, and improving products based on data and feedback.

This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven Product Manager with strong product, stakeholder, design, engineering, and decision-making experience in a fast-paced environment.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end(release and continuous improvement)

1. Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.
2. Craftproposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
3. Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
4. Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
5. Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
6. Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.
7. Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.
8. Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proven record of driving business outcomes.
2. Relevant degrees or diplomas in computer science or product management
3. Additional certifications like Business Analysis Professional are a plus
4. End to end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to effectively manage high level stakeholders.
7. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
8. Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
9. Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
10. Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
