How You will Make An Impact:

• Be part of the team responsible for the commercial performance and P&L of the International Private Line (IPL) portfolio, driving revenue growth, pricing strategy, margin optimization, and overall profitability.
• Develop and execute product strategy, including product roadmap, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans to strengthen market competitiveness and accelerate growth.
• Develop business cases and commercial models to support new products, international market expansion, and strategic investment decisions.
• Drive commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships to introduce innovative commercial models, and secure sustainable competitive advantage.
• Drive product innovation and lifecycle management, delivering new capabilities while ensuring compliance with regulatory, commercial, and operational requirements.
• Monitor global submarine cable developments, evaluate new build and investment opportunities, conduct commercial and strategic assessments, and recommend participation and capacity investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain product governance frameworks, policies, and operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Network Engineering, Platforms, Operations, Finance and IT to ensure product requirements are effectively supported and integrated into systems.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Development within the telecommunications or service provider industry.
• Knowledge of international connectivity, submarine cable systems, and optical DWDM technologies is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in business case development, financial modelling, and data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of telecommunications technologies, industry trends, and competitive market dynamics, with the ability to translate market insights into commercial opportunities.
• Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset, able to work independently, influence cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
