Job Description
- Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and strategy to launch, scaling, and continuous improvement.
- Develop clear, actionable product roadmaps aligned with policy objectives, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, policy, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable products.
- Apply systems thinking to design solutions that are sustainable, interoperable, and built for long-term public value.
- Champion data-informed, user-centered product development practices across teams.
- Lead and mentor product managers; build and grow high-performing product teams (Lead PM level)
- Lead the development of new digital products and enhance existing services at scale.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or related leadership roles
- Proven success delivering products in complex environments, such as public service, enterprise, or regulated domains
- Experience launching a product from 01 or driving end-to-end delivery of significant new features
- Hands-on collaboration with engineering teams to design and build digital systems
- Solid understanding of backend and frontend architecture and how it informs product decisions
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking; able to break down ambiguity into executable product plans
- Skilled in agile practices, product discovery, experimentation, and stakeholder facilitation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping direction in evolving problem spaces
- Experience managing and scaling product teams (Lead PM level)
