Job Description
1. Define and own the product roadmap aligned with CSBU strategic priorities and customer requirements.
2. Develop perspectives on technology, products, customers, competitors, and market trends translate insights into strategies for product line and profit growth.
3. Create business cases, pricing strategies, and sales enablement materials for product commercialization.
4. Drive process improvements, enhance efficiencies, and promote best practice knowledge sharing.
5. Collaborate with Molex management, engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
6. Lead cost reduction initiatives, capacity planning, and quality improvement with manufacturing plants.
7. Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
8. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer dynamics.
