Job Description

• Develop and execute product strategies that enhance operational visibility and business performance.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline and automate operational workflows.
• Identify key business metrics and establish reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and drive platform enhancements that improve productivity and decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Improve user adoption through enhanced platform experience and operational transparency.
• Monitor product effectiveness through data analysis and continuous optimisation.
• Create structured and measurable processes that support regional consistency.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on product priorities and business objectives.
• Support operational governance and performance management initiatives across markets.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Platforms or related functions.
• Proven experience delivering data-focused products, dashboards or analytics solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into practical product roadmaps.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Track record of leading platform improvements or process transformation projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Experience within fintech, SaaS, technology or digital businesses will be advantageous.
• Exposure to automation, AI-enabled tools or data products will be a plus
