Key Responsibilities:
The Product Manager is responsible for the business management of a product and its commercial success. Key responsibilities are to:
- Converting business strategy into actionable product plans
- Developing and owning the product roadmap
- Leading end-to-end product execution, from ideation to launch
- Aligning cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Planning and executing go-to-market strategies
- Driving product profitability and maintaining ownership of the business case
- Delivering market and product insights to inform strategic decisions
- Partnering with product marketing to define key messaging and value propositions
- Drafting high-level product requirements and user stories
- Managing product lifecycle, including user feedback, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Supporting revenue team in product solutioning and implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Fintech Industry preferred
- Bachelors degree in product design or engineering
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
- Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
