[What you will be working on]

DigitalEconomyProducts(DEP)isadivisionwithinGovtechrunlikeamodernproductcompany,solvingimportantunderservedproblemsspanningacrossHealthcare,Manpower,Trade-Industry-Finance,NationalDevelopmentand Sustainabilitysectors.

ProductManagersatDEParekeytooursuccess.Theyleadcross-functionalteamsof engineers,datascientists,designersandresearchersandareultimatelyresponsibleforproductoutcomes.Theyshowexceptionalclarityofthought,andthisisreflectedintheirwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.Theyleadthroughinfluenceandusehardevidence,reputationandrelationshipstocreatestakeholderalignment.

Responsibilities:

ThroughtheGreenGovinitiative,thegovernmenthascommittedtothepublicitsaimtoachievenet-zeroemissionsbyapproximately2045.Furthermore,ithasestablishedclearandmeasurablemilestonestofacilitateprogressacrossallagencies.Sincetheyear2021,agencieshaveutilisedtheeGreenGovportal,whichishousedwithintheNationalEnvironmentAgency'sWasteandResourceManagementSystem(WRMS),toreportvariousenvironmentaldataoftheirrespectivepremises.

ThePublicSectorSustainabilityOffice(PSSO)reviewstheprogressofagencies,providesupdatestotheCabinet,andproducestheannualGreenGovreportchampioningtheGreenGovinitiative.Theyintendtohelpagenciesidentifyopportunitiestoimproveresourceefficiencyandclimateresilience,andpartnerwiththemtostreamlinetheprocessofimplementingtheseimprovements.

[What we are looking for]

Wearelookingforanindependentpersonwithamasteryofproductmanagement
fundamentals.

• 4-10yearsofexperienceinaProductManagementrole.

• Experienceinleadingdiscoveryandnavigatingambiguity,eventuallydeliveringimpactfulproductsintheircareerincomplexorganisations,workingwith multiplestakeholders.

• Abilitytoinfluenceandcommunicateeffectivelywithbothusersandseniorleadership.

• Strongproductsense,especiallyaroundproblemframing,MVPdefinition,anditerativedevelopment.

• Strongbeliefanddriveforsustainabilityisaplus!
