[What you will be working on]

DigitalEconomyProducts(DEP)isadivisionwithinGovtechrunlikeamodernproductcompany,solvingimportantunderservedproblemsspanningacrossHealthcare,Manpower,Trade-Industry-Finance,NationalDevelopmentand Sustainabilitysectors.

ProductManagersatDEParekeytooursuccess.Theyleadcross-functionalteamsof engineers,datascientists,designersandresearchersandareultimatelyresponsibleforproductoutcomes.Theyshowexceptionalclarityofthought,andthisisreflectedintheirwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.Theyleadthroughinfluenceandusehardevidence,reputationandrelationshipstocreatestakeholderalignment.

Responsibilities:

(SSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Education (MOE). It drives and coordinates the implementation of the national SkillsFuture movement, promotes a culture and holistic system of lifelong learning through the pursuit of skills mastery, and strengthens the ecosystem of quality education and training in Singapore. SSG wants to encourage both individuals to upskill themselves and enterprises to upskill their employees by offering various incentives and digital solutions.

Youareexpectedto:

• Understand SSG's enterprise-related digital product offerings.

• Understand the problem space for upskilling individuals, enterprises and businesses through the SG-SkillsFuture policy initiatives.

• Own the solutions from design to implementation to future enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with business owners and technical teams to build the optimal user experience.

• Validate hypotheses. Identify risks, mitigate them by testing them early.

• Define and track impact metrics. Keep stakeholders informed.

• You are ultimately responsible for driving product outcomes for the organisation.

[What we are looking for]

Wearelookingforanindependentpersonwithamasteryofproductmanagement
fundamentals.

• 4-10yearsofexperienceinaProductManagementrole.

• Experienceinleadingdiscoveryandnavigatingambiguity,eventuallydeliveringimpactfulproductsintheircareerincomplexorganisations,workingwith multiplestakeholders.

• Abilitytoinfluenceandcommunicateeffectivelywithbothusersandseniorleadership.

• Strongproductsense,especiallyaroundproblemframing,MVPdefinition,anditerativedevelopment.

• Strongbeliefanddriveforsustainabilityisaplus!
