About the TeamThe T&S GenAI & Emerging Product team's mission is to empower the development of GenAI models and applications. We do this by building a world-class safety, testing, and risk management system that ensures GenAI innovations are launched responsibly.

About the Role

Responsibilities

- Be responsible for the overall content safety of GenAI MaaS product globally, drive the implementation of automated safety evaluation pipelines, and define robust, future-proof safety strategies for GenAI products and new feature launches

- Build post-launch monitor and on-call system. Leverage data, model signals, and user feedback to proactively detect, prioritize, and mitigate safety risks, continuously optimize online strategies performance and user trust at scale.

- Lead complex programs across teams, including roadmap definition, dependency management, execution tracking, and high-quality delivery. Influence business and product direction by bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces, making principled trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders without direct authority.

- Collaborate with Business, RD, Algo, Policy, and Ops teams, drive the vision alignment and target achievement, to support business growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years of product management experience. Strategy (e.g. Search, AD, recommendation strategies, etc.), GenAI, and Trust & Safety experience is a big plus.

- Establish a comprehensive risk monitoring system for Gen AI scenarios and provide insights to balance risk mitigation and model helpfulness.

- Manage risk assessment for Generative AI models on both application and model level, catch up with data and user feedback, solve online risk leakages, and continuously optimize safety capabilities.

- Collaborate with algorithms to develop safety models to increase the effectiveness of moderation processes.

- Establish safety strategies. Strong product design ability, data-driven, and experience working with complex products and ecosystems.
