As the product owner, you will lead the end-to-end development of innovative insurance solutions from ideation, design, technical development, testing, and roll-out, to continuous enhancements post-launch.
Partner closely with business teams to design products and system architecture that align with market needs and business growth initiatives.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver seamless insurance solutions across the full value chain: customer and policy administration, billing, claims management, product configurations, accounting, and regulatory reporting.
Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and execution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and regulatory standards.
Engage with stakeholders across regions, balancing diverse requirements while driving consensus and prioritization.
Continuously analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify gaps and drive product iterations for improved efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
At least 1 years of product management or product development experience in E-commerce, Financial Services, or Logistics.
Solid understanding of insurance business processes, systems, and workflows (e.g., underwriting, policy admin, billing, claims).
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to change, and deliver results under pressure.
